Made to order, delivered with care
Every Maison Zeen order is hand-prepared and quality-checked before it reaches you. Because each piece is carefully sourced and inspected, please allow up to 14 days from confirmed payment to delivery.
Order processing
- Orders are confirmed once payment is received (or, for Cash on Delivery, once your order is verified by our team).
- We begin preparing your order within 1–2 business days of confirmation.
- You will receive updates by WhatsApp or email at each stage: Confirmed → Preparing → Dispatched → Out for Delivery → Delivered.

Delivery charges

Payment methods
- Sri Lanka: Cash on Delivery (COD) and bank transfer.
- International: bank transfer.

Kindly make sure your delivery address and phone number are correct at checkout. We cannot redirect a parcel once dispatched, and re-delivery to a corrected address may incur an additional charge.
International customs & duties
For international orders, any import duties or taxes charged by your country are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.
